Meet Vegemi’s Friends!

Over the summer Vegemi’s school programme had some exciting upgrades – you can read more about those here & recommend Vegemi to your child’s school! 

During that process Vegemi’s team grew! And we’re now ready to introduce you to… Vegemi’s friends!

Bifido-Boo

Meet the character: Say hello to Bifido-Boo – the brainy helper in your tummy!
What’s their mission? Keeps your tummy happy and your brain full of ideas.
Where do they hide? In yogurt, kefir, and tasty fermented veggies.
Catchphrase: “Trust your gut — and drink your water!”

Lacto-Lexi

Meet the character: Meet Lacto-Lexi – the bubbly one who helps things move!
What’s their mission? Helps food travel smoothly through your tummy.
Where do they hide? In yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles.
Catchphrase: “Sip, smile, and swirl!”

Fae-Flora

Meet the character: This is Fae-Flora – the gentle tummy friend.
What’s their mission? Calms belly troubles and helps you feel peaceful.
Where do they hide? In apples, oats, and bananas.
Catchphrase: “Happy belly, happy mind!”

Rumi-Rumbla

Meet the character: Here’s Rumi-Rumbla – the veggie muncher!
What’s their mission? Chomps fiber and turns it into energy for you to play.
Where do they hide? In beans, grains, and broccoli.
Catchphrase: “Chomp, chomp — fuel up!”

Akkie-Armorin

Meet the character: Say hi to Akkie-Armorin – the tummy wall protector.
What’s their mission? Builds a strong wall inside your belly to keep it safe.
Where do they hide? In pomegranates, cranberries, and colorful veggies.
Catchphrase: “No leaks on my watch!”

Bacta-Bella

Meet the character: Meet Bacta-Bella – the clever food fixer.
What’s their mission? Breaks down tricky foods so your body can use them.
Where do they hide? In lots of plant foods, grains, and proteins.
Catchphrase: “I can figure it out!”

Rosey-Rubi

Meet the character: This is Rosey-Rubi – the tummy gardener.
What’s their mission? Helps your belly grow tiny nutrients that keep you strong.
Where do they hide? In whole grains, root veggies, and berries.
Catchphrase: “A bloom in your belly makes you feel great!”

Propio-Pulse

Meet the character: Say hi to Propio-Pulse – the energy maker.
What’s their mission? Turns fiber into special fuel for your body.
Where do they hide? In nuts, seeds, and beans.
Catchphrase: “Fuel up and feel good!”

Olli-Whisper

Meet the character: Meet Olli-Whisper – the quiet little helper.
What’s their mission? Keeps your mouth and tummy healthy without making a fuss.
Where do they hide? In fermented foods and fiber-rich plants.
Catchphrase: “Small but mighty!”

Previe-Peppin

Meet the character: Here’s Previe-Peppin – the plant-powered explorer.
What’s their mission? Loves plants and helps your body stay strong and active.
Where do they hide? In beans, lentils, and lots of veggies.
Catchphrase: “More plants, more power!”

Euba-Evena

Meet the character: Say hello to Euba-Evena – the peacekeeper.
What’s their mission? Helps your body stay calm and your defenses strong.
Where do they hide? In onions, garlic, and whole grains.
Catchphrase: “Peace inside, power outside!”

Colli-Kwik

Meet the character: Meet Colli-Kwik – the silly trickster.
What’s their mission? Makes vitamins and helps clean up waste.
Where do they hide? In healthy tummies that eat balanced foods.
Catchphrase: “Don’t worry — I’m one of the good guys!”
