Microbiome Quiz

Most of us grew up hearing that “you are what you eat.” But science now shows something even more fascinating – you are what your microbes eat!

Inside every stomach lives a whole world of helpful bacteria working hard to keep us healthy, happy, and full of energy. And in Vegemi’s world, some of these friendly microbes have names – one being Vegemi himself!

Vegemi is a curious little stomach bacteria who helps children (and families) understand how the foods we eat shape our microbiome — and how this invisible world connects to mood, immunity, focus, and well-being. At Vegemi, we turn the science of the gut into playful learning – helping families build healthier habits from the inside out.
